Membership does require a six-month commitment then goes month to month. You can give a 30-
day notice by email to [email protected] in order to cancel at any time after your 6 months.
You may use or give away your monthly treatment if you are not able to use it.
Membership requires 30 day notice by email in order to stop the monthly membership. They may be stopped after 30-day notice by email only to [email protected]. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days, please call us to make sure it did not get lost in the spam folder. Non-transferrable. If your card is declined, you will have 7 days to reconcile your account. If it is not reconciled, we will cancel your membership immediately.
