cancellation policy

We aim to bring you the highest quality staff and level of service – unfortunately, this is not cheap, and good people are hard to find. When you reserve a time with us, we not only guarantee your appointment and service length, but we are also turning away others who might want your spot. As you might expect, the closer it gets to your appointment date, the harder it is for us to fill a spot. But we understand that things come up, so please give us more than 48 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your business is important to us, and we aim to have a long-term relationship with our patients.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you are charged a $75 cancellation fee. General No-Show Policy If you no-show for your appointment without notice, you are charged a no-show fee for 100% of the procedure you would have received, up to a maximum of $250.
