We aim to bring you the highest quality staff and level of service – unfortunately, this is not cheap, and good people are hard to find. When you reserve a time with us, we not only guarantee your appointment and service length, but we are also turning away others who might want your spot. As you might expect, the closer it gets to your appointment date, the harder it is for us to fill a spot. But we understand that things come up, so please give us more than 48 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your business is important to us, and we aim to have a long-term relationship with our patients. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged with a $75 cancellation fee.
***please note that Monday appointments need to be canceled on Thursday prior to your appointment time Monday and Tuesday appointments must be canceled on Friday by 4:00pm before your appointment time. WE DO NOT CHECK MESSAGES ON WEEKENDS OR AFTER HOURS.
If you no show your appointment without notice, we will charge your card on file for 100% of the procedure scheduled up to $250.
Online booking requires a $50 deposit. This deposit will go toward any future treatments as a credit. If you do not show up for your appointment the $50 deposit will not be refunded as a credit.
We provide a 45 minute consultation that includes your full skin care history and an assessment of your concerns and needs. We then customize a treatment plan for you and provide all written quotes. Consultation fees are $50 which are then credited to your account for any future service that you may choose.
